What's the spa?

Clean, modern, and professional massage service. Immediately impressed upon entering business. The reception desk is helpful, friendly and professional. They had me fill out a paper questionnaire to gain insight & knowledge of my massage needs. The young lady who massaged me absolutely professional, but had tiny hands, so her massage pressure was a bit weak, but still provided some relief; with continued practice & strength training, she will be better as time progresses. Other than that, I was able to receive a professional 50 minute massage for only €65. Totally worth it after International travel.

Beautiful spa room, booked the bubbles and benessere couples package with jacuzzi, massage, and facial, and everything rolled smoothly from one to the next. Only minor issue was that water was never as hot as I expected it to be, the jacuzzi or the pedicure. Super relaxing overall, though. Hotel room was lovely. Dinner and breakfast also both lovely. We arrived fairly early in the day and even got a good parking spot. Totally recommend ki-ba spa for your couples celebration packages!

This place is gorgeous and the Spa Director Kimberley pays attention to all details. If you wish to spend good time relaxing at Ki Ba Spa, you can decide in between a lot of treatments: massage, facial, body. Kim and her staff will be more than happy to have you there! They offer as well as packages including a room. Perfect for the ones looking for a love escape! They have a good restaurant too!

I have been to this Spa several times and every time I am amazed by so many things! First of all the very friendly and super helpful staff! Inside it you can take advantage of many services beyond the Spa, including massages, private hydromassage, nail art, etc. As soon as you arrive they welcome you at the reception and accompany you towards the changing rooms, giving you a towel, flip flops and the key to your locker... then they accompany you towards the Spa which, for many, may seem small but for me it is equipped with everything: showers emotional showers, shower, sauna, Turkish bath, large swimming pool, smaller swimming pool with various hydromassage jets... The nice thing is that entry is limited so it is rare that you find yourself in the midst of a lot of people, therefore in absolute relaxation! During the journey you can very well go to the relaxation room to drink water, tea or natural herbal teas; furthermore, at the end of the journey fruit and prosecco will round off your relaxing journey in style! :) Back in the changing room (divided between men and women which is no small feat considering other spas I have visited) you have the opportunity to take a nice shower, change, in absolute tranquility and naturally respecting other people and timetables :) Super positive note: the cleanliness in all spaces of the location The only negative note could be that the buttons to activate the various water jets are located outside the pool (a little inconvenient therefore why you have to get out of it) and do not always work. For the rest I give 5 stars because everything is perfect 😊 ** I would add that I went once for the couple's massage treatment, the girls were very good, a super relaxing experience to repeat, I absolutely recommend it! **

Very nice overall spa, but we had to leave early because it was too cold: water temperature too low, 33° (they said, but the staff came in several times to measure the temperature due to too many complaints), in the corridors , in the changing rooms and in the relaxation room the heating is off Cold sauna, we had to put the water in the tub and heat the room. Lots of tea choices but again no water in the kettle. It didn't go much better in the showers, as one didn't close and the other literally flooded. We didn't even take advantage of the fresh fruit and prosecco as the relaxation room was freezing and we just wanted to take a hot shower to warm up, but for 30 euros we could have done it very well at home... In short, it wasn't the best of experiences, in the end these are precautions that must be taken into consideration when it comes to wellness centres, because people go there to relax and it is truly a shame to have to decide to leave early. The only positive note was the kindness and helpfulness of the girls at reception and the dried fruit. That was very good.

Beautiful wellness center near Giarre. Small but functional, clean and well looked after, it has everything you need for two hours of true relaxation. Helpful and kind staff. At the end of the journey, a fruit salad, a glass of prosecco and a herbal tea of your choice are offered. The only flaw (which unfortunately is a flaw that I have noticed in most hotels that have a wellness center) is the very small changing room. With three people it's really cramped.
